I had the same problem with our NB200 Toshiba and solved it after a few hours of hard work. If anyone is planning to install windows 7 on the NB200, you don't have to worry about the drivers, they are all installed correctly. for the HDD-protection you can use the windows xp driver, it works.
The only driver that doesn't work on windows 7 is the one for the hotkeys. A few hotkey are still working, like the ones for brightness, but the hotkey for activating/deactivating the W-LAN doesn't. Before installing windows 7, activate the WLAN and bluetooth via hotkeys (FN+F8) on Windows XP.
I made the mistake to turn the wlan off before installing windows 7. And there was no way to turn it on again. Not with the help of the driver or in the bios. I even wrote an Email to Toshiba, but, as I expectet, the answer was that there is no official windows7-support.
2 ways to activate the W-LAN for this situation:
1) you can wait until toshiba releases hotkey-drivers that work on windows 7, which will surely happen within the next few weeks/months.
2) (this is what I did) you have to install windows xp again, install the drivers for wlan and bluetooth and then the driver for the hotkeys. Now turn the wlan on again by pressing FN+F8 and then reinstall windows7. this may sound very annoying, but it's still faster than waiting for the windows 7 drivers and it seems to be the only way to solve this problem atm.
